How do university-business partnerships support international graduates?
11:30 AM - 12:40 PM Wed
Luminita Molico is the Graduate Futures Lead at London College of Communication, part of University of the Arts London. She supports final-year students and recent graduates, particularly those from creative and international backgrounds, to navigate the transition from university into meaningful careers, empowering them to shape not only their industries but also the wider world around them. Working at the intersection of higher education, industry and social impact, Luminita leads on innovative approaches to careers education and university-business collaboration. Her work connects students and graduates with forward-thinking employers and opportunities that reflect the evolving nature of work in the creative industries, both in the UK and internationally. Luminita’s background spans partnership development, employability strategy, and inclusion, with a focus on widening access to the creative economy for underrepresented voices. She is particularly passionate about how universities can act as bridges, supporting international talent, addressing skills gaps, and helping shape more equitable futures through co-designed, human-centred initiatives. She holds an MA in Innovation Management for Cultural and Creative Industries and is a strong advocate for the role of design, storytelling and community-led practice in shaping graduate futures.
