Dwayne served in the U.S. Army. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies and Organizational Management for Christian Leadership from Colorado Christian University. He works closely in community with, Ebenezer Baptist Church, Living Word Bible Church, Embark Recover, Community Works, and Colorado Springs Adult Parole. He's an energetic transformational speaker who possesses an amazing ability to interact, influence, and inspire individuals to attain their personal greatness by crafting a vision, planning and executing. As a male empowerment coach, and peer recovery coach he helps men to increase self-awareness, create alignment, and fiercely execute toward their dreams and vision for greatness. As an Extreme Execution facilitator, leadership consultant, he helps emerging leaders craft vision toward fulfilling organizations mission, and maximizing their leadership potential as they lead others.
