Dr. Jones began her educational career as a missionary on the Pacific Island of Pohnpei. After 13 years as a missionary, Dr. Jones and her family returned to the United States, where she completed her Bachelor of Applied Studies and Master’s in Reading at Abilene Christian University. She later completed her doctorate in Educational Leadership in Teaching and Learning from Walden University. Dr. Jones began teaching for Colorado Christian University in 2016. Since then, she has taught undergraduate and graduate students. In addition, Dr. Jones serves in Student Services at Ascent Classical Academy in Douglas County.
