Carlos Vizcarrondo is a computer engineer and entrepreneur with 32 years of experience in the electrical and technology industries. He later founded Visotek Corp., where he has led electrical, automation, infrastructure, and HVAC projects for pharmaceutical companies, industrial facilities, hospitals, shopping centers, and government entities. In 2021, he founded Velocicharge, a reliable fast-charging network for electric vehicles in Puerto Rico, with strategic partnerships across the island’s leading automotive brands. His career represents three decades of building Puerto Rican businesses, creating jobs, and advancing the future of electric transportation.
