Kevin Wren is an award-winning K–12 safety and security leader with more than two decades of experience in law enforcement, emergency management, and district-wide campus protection strategy. A former Campus Safety Magazine Director of the Year, Kevin has led comprehensive safety, security, and risk management programs for large South Carolina school systems, including serving in senior leadership roles with Rock Hill Schools and the Charleston County School District. His background spans school resource officer service, executive-level safety administration, and national advocacy work with organizations such as the Partner Alliance for Safer Schools (PASS), National Council of School Safety Directors, and Safe and Sound Schools. Holding a Master’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management, Kevin brings a practitioner’s perspective to strategic planning, threat assessment, interagency coordination, and layered security design.
