Andrew is the founder and president of BAISCA. He has over 30 years’ experience as an educational facilities administrator and significant experience with conducting facilities assessments nationwide, and specifically for North Carolina school districts. Prior to BAISCA, Andrew served in a senior leadership capacity for Guilford County Schools in Greensboro, North Carolina as Chief Operations Officer. He was also the Director of Maintenance for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools. He attended Appalachian State University and holds a BS in Industrial Technology and Secondary Education.
