Thomas Dudley leads the School Planning group at NC State’s Institute for Transportation Research and Education (ITRE). Thomas has over 10 years of experience assisting districts across the state though long-range facility planning and student assignment projects. In addition to conducting traditional demographic studies, ITRE also assists districts looking to quantitatively select new school sites, explore school facility consolidation scenarios, or balance facility utilization by optimizing attendance zones.
