From the Air Force Fire & Emergency Services perspective, this session details the communication needs for an off-base incident involving DOW assets. We will cover our distinct radio etiquette, on-scene communication with civilian partners, how communication avenues shift during the various phases of a response, and some effects of establishing a National Defense Area.
