David Ecker, PT, DPT, graduated from the UW - Stevens Point Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in 2025. He is originally from Eau Claire, WI, and completed a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Psychology at the University of Sioux Falls prior to moving to Stevens Point. He is interested in treating a variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions, with special interest in lower extremity mechanics and sports. He is currently furthering his education in running-specific treatment and is engaged in the local running community with Pineries Running Lab. David is an avid runner himself, competing throughout the year at various distances representing the Wisconsin Runner Racing Team. He also enjoys riding with the Stevens Point Cycling Club in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter. When he isn’t on the move, he relaxes by baking and going on weekend trips with his wife, Kayleigh.
