Kelvin Low serves as the Vice President of Samsung Foundry Market Intelligence, Marketing & Partnerships, Business Strategy and Business Development teams. Prior to rejoining Samsung Semiconductor, he was the CEO and General Manager for SEMIFIVE US Inc and held other Technology, Marketing and Sales leadership positions at SMIC Americas, Arm Inc, GlobalFoundries and Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing. Kelvin also had additional responsibilities as the marketing lead in the IBM joint development alliance and Common Platform. A market visionary, he has drove and built the Foundry Ecosystem and continuously seeks new solutions and partnership models to realize the next wave of innovations and ideas. Kelvin received his bachelor’s degree in electronics and electrical engineering with First Class Honors from the National University of Singapore.
