Rainer Lutz is the General Manager of the Business Unit Automotive & Industrial SOI at Soitec responsible for the Power SOI and FD SOI product portfolios. Previously he held management positions in the Automotive, Industrial and Consumer domain at NXP Semiconductors (2001-2022) and was on the Board of Directors of the Car Connectivity Consortium. He holds degrees in engineering, technical cybernetics and philosophy from the University of Stuttgart and Ecole Centrale Paris.
