Dr. Maximilian Slawinski works as Head of the Wide Bandgap Business Unit at Soitec since December 2023. Prior to this Dr. Slawinski had several management positions at Infineon including the business responsibility for Infineon High Power Modules business and key responsibilities in the transition of Infineon’s business from IGBT towards SiC MOSFET based products. Dr. Slawinski has worked since 2008 with wide bandgap semiconductors and is author of several publications in the field of new semiconductor materials and devices. He also serves as an advocate and innovator for the decarbonization of society by innovative power semiconductor solutions. Dr. Slawinski holds a PhD in semiconductor physics from RWTH Aachen as well as a Master of Business Engineering.
