Toni Luther is an Instructional Technology Facilitator at Morehead City Primary School, where she leads a K-3 STEM lab focused on hands-on engineering and design. A National Board Certified Teacher with a master's in Instructional Technology, she serves on the Carteret County STEM Committee and supports district STEM labs. Toni is a frequent presenter at ISTE and NCTIES and is passionate about helping teachers and students become active creators through authentic STEM learning.
