From the Risk Management Portal to ODFI Return Rate Reporting, Jeanette manages all aspects of Nacha’s Risk Investigations sector. Her responsibilities cover a wide range of areas, including the ACH Contact Registry, Third-Party Sender Registration, and Direct Access Registration. Jeanette has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Nacha, she was with STAR, the electronic payments network; and prior to that was employed by a community bank managing POS merchant portfolios, ATM and ACH Operations.
