Chelsye’s passion is to help mitigate risk and create efficiencies in the payments industry through the pursuit of innovative product offerings and using original approaches to problem-solving. In her role as Director of Payments for Novo, Chelsye serves as the internal subject matter expert on ACH, Wire, Card, Check, and emerging payments rails to develop a best-in-class digital payments strategy. She is responsible for scaling operations and advising stakeholders across the organization. Most recently Chelsye Toliver, AAP, APRP, ETA CPP held the title of Director, Payments Education with ePayResources, where she was responsible for designing, developing, and delivering payments education curriculum and resources, including webinars, workshops, and publications. Prior to joining ePay in 2020, Chelsye worked at Cottonwood Financial as Treasury Operations Manager where she was responsible for executing the company's payments strategy. Her role included implementing new payments technology as well as oversight of all payments transactions. Chelsye’s experience also includes time at Texas Security Bank as the Head of Operations and Payments, where her payments experience included working as a Teller, Customer Service Representative, and Specialist in Deposit Operations. Chelsye became an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) in 2017, an Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) in 2018, and an Electronic Transactions Association Certified Payments Professional (ETA CPP) in 2020.
