Ms. Graziella Siciliano serves as the Director of Energy Transformation at LUMA Energy, joining the company in June 2024 with a role to help customers supercharge Puerto Rico’s energy transformation by supporting and growing LUMA’s customer energy programs. With a career dedicated to advancing clean energy policy and technology deployment, Graziella has held roles at the U.S. Department of Energy, where she led a coalition of 17 governments focused on industrial decarbonization and energy management, and at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where she designed commercial and industrial energy management policies and programs. Her experience also includes non-profit work supporting utility demand-side management, advising large consumer goods companies on sustainable supply chain strategies, and leading a local refugee resettlement program. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Butler University and an M.A. in Energy and Environmental Policy and Economics from Johns Hopkins.
