Kevin Watson has been the Chief Executive Officer of Raleigh Capitol Ear, Nose & Throat in Raleigh, NC, since 2022. Kevin has nearly 3 decades of healthcare management experience in operations, finance, contracting, and strategic development. Before joining Raleigh Capitol ENT, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Colorado ENT & Allergy for 13 years. Prior to that, he served over 20 years as a Medical Service Corp Officer in the U.S. Air Force. Kevin earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He has been an active member of the Administrator Support Community for ENT (ASCENT), formerly the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA); he is a Past President and is currently the ENT Executive Advocate. In that role, he serves as the Governor of the AAO-HNS Board of Governors and is a member of the Physician Payment Policy (3P) Workgroup.
