Julia Croce is an audiologist and Director of Audiology at the Jefferson Balance and Hearing Center within Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. As the Director of Audiology, Julia leads an audiology team consisting of 23 audiologists, four audiology externs (students), four audiology technicians, and three administrative/support personnel. Audiology services offered at the Jefferson Balance and Hearing Center include comprehensive hearing and balance testing and rehabilitation at seven locations across Philadelphia and south New Jersey. In her role, Julia is responsible for audiology operations across all sites (clinical and non-clinical, i.e., research and community outreach) and the ongoing performance management of 34 talented and passionate professionals.
