Ms. Lenola Wyatt-Taylor is a Trainer/Consultant for Essential Elements based in Wilmington, North Carolina for 10 years and a Faculty in the MSW Department of Social Work at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas for the past 12 years. She has over 30 years of experience in social services and management, including 6 years as a CEO and Head Start/Early Head Start Director of Tri-County Community Action Agency. Ms. Wyatt also has 20 years of experience with community revitalization projects. Ms. Wyatt has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Licensed Master’s Degree in Social Work. Lenola presents at local, state, regional and national conferences. Ms. Wyatt currently serves on the Pineywood Outreach Ministry Board, The Learning Center Board, Texas Evaluation Network Board and Tri-County Community Action Board of Directors. Ms. Wyatt is the recipient of the “Outstanding Woman of Color” and East Texas Outstanding Volunteer Awards.
