Mr. Saca is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in senior leadership and operational roles across several industries and geographies, including Puerto Rico, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Israel and across the United States. Throughout his career, he has helped lead large cross-functional teams and championed public engagement efforts that defined a commitment to improved customer service, continuous operational improvements, and strong public and stakeholder engagement and transparency.
From 2012 through 2019, Mr. Saca was based in Puerto Rico serving as CEO of Open Mobile, a wireless telecommunications company later known as PR Wireless, a joint venture between Open Mobile and Sprint (now T-Mobile). In this role, he led the integration efforts of the two companies and oversaw the recovery and restoration of wireless service after Hurricane Maria.
Mr. Saca also served in leadership positions for BellSouth (later AT&T) for nearly two decades, including as President and General Manger of the company’s operation in Peru. Most recently, Mr. Saca served as CEO of Digital Fortress, a privately held data center co-location company based in Seattle, Washington, where he oversaw the expansion of the company footprint and the upgrade of its internal infrastructure systems.
