A longtime member of the Oklahoma Safety Council's Board of Directors, Bill Young has been one of THE most-popular presenters at the OSC State Conferences all these past many years! Bill is the Manager of Safety Services for the OGE Energy Corporation and also shares his leadership knowledge/expertise as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Central Oklahoma. As a member of the ASSP Executive Committee for several years, Bill is also a "favorite speaker" at ASSP Conferences.
