With 16 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Charles Hightower currently serves as a Safety Services Manager at Energy Transfer. Charles earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2010 and a Master’s degree in Fire and Emergency Management from Oklahoma State University in 2014. In 2016, he achieved a significant career milestone by becoming a Certified Safety Professional. Charles is an active leader in the safety community, serving on the Oklahoma Safety Council Board of Directors and previously contributing to the Industrial Safety Curriculum Advisory Committee at the University of Central Oklahoma. As a dedicated Health and Safety professional, Charles firmly believes that no job is too big for safety. He is committed to ensuring that every worker returns home safely at the end of the day. Charles lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Charnay, and their children, Charles (Tripp) and Camille. He enjoys playing golf and watching the Dallas Cowboys and OKC Thunder.
