Dr Delicia M. Haynes is the founder and CEO of Family First Health Center a Direct Primary Care Practice with a world wide reach located in Daytona Beach, FL She was a Division 1 record holding track and field athlete at the University of Louisville and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. Dr Haynes is double board certified in Family Medicine and Obesity medicine. Faculty with the Florida State University School of Medicine and the Halifax Health Family & Sports Medicine residency program. She is the author of several publications including two books The Daybreakers Inspirational Planner and The Dawn A Roadmap to Finding The Light in Your Darkest Hour. Dr Haynes is an international speaker on innovative healthcare delivery, med student & physician mental health, and corporate stress reduction. Through her Direct Primary Care Prescription for Success coaching program, she helps doctors transition to purpose driven and profitable DPCs with grace and ease. Dr Haynes is the creator of the WHITE COAT SAFE SPACE initiative aimed at increasing awareness, advocacy and prevention of physician suicide. She enjoys facilitating retreats and inspiring the next generation of healers. She is passionate about helping individuals fall so in love with their lives, that they would never consider ending it. In her spare time she enjoys salsa and bachata dancing, sculling, and chasing sunsets.
