We are the Ericksons: Hannah, Jack, and Cooper. We proudly own dirt raised hogs for both market and show. In the process of finding additional ways to become more self sustainable and bring in more income during the "slow season" of the show world, we began selling USDA inspected pork cuts along with 1/2 and wholes. To further expand, we now work with Barn2Door to continue growing our products and livestock further distances!
