Spencer Baird is the CEO of Inmar Intelligence, having joined the company in May 2020 as Chief Transformation Officer before assuming the CEO role in September 2022. He brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across grocery retail, e-commerce, and consumer packaged goods, including roles at HJ Heinz, The Dannon Company, Kellogg Company, Ahold Delhaize, and Peapod. Spencer is known for his customer-centric, data-driven approach to innovation and growth. He serves on the boards of the Winston-Salem Alliance and Piedmont Triad Partnership and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Virginia Wesleyan University. He was named a 2023 Emerging Leader by The Shelby Report and a 2023 C-Suite Award honoree by Triad Business Journal.
