Dawn-Marie Hutchinson serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Reynolds American, appointed in October 2025. She leads the organization’s technology strategy and operations, including digital workplace, core platforms, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery. Dawn-Marie joined the global BAT Group in 2021, where she significantly expanded the cybersecurity program and strengthened governance, risk, and compliance. She brings extensive global experience as a Chief Information Security Officer, with prior leadership roles at GSK and Urban Outfitters Group. A New Hampshire native, she holds a BA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.
