Cheryl Flink, PhD, is Senior Vice President and Director of Research at Truist Leadership Institute, where she leads leadership development research and analytics to inform program design, thought leadership, and strategic direction. She is an adjunct faculty member at UNC Charlotte’s Belk School of Business and author of Doing Well and Doing Good: Human-Centered Digital Transformation Leadership. Cheryl has held executive roles in venture capital– and private equity–backed firms and previously led research and analytics at the Center for Creative Leadership. She serves on advisory and editorial boards and is a passionate advocate for equitable leadership and foster care reform.
