Dionnia Brown is a higher education leader with over 20 years of experience advancing equity and student success across enrollment, financial aid, and scholarship management, previously at Wake Forest University, Davidson College and now North Carolina A&T State University. As the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships for Scholarships, she develops innovative funding models with academic college partners, Foundations and Community Organizations that expand access for women and first-generation students. As a speaker and advocate with The Women’s Fund of Winston-Salem and the National Partnership for Educational Access, Dionnia is passionate about empowering women to “fund their future,” elevate their influence, and lead with purpose through education and career mobility.
