Caroline Hart serves as Crossnore’s Chief External Relations & Strategy Officer. Caroline leads Crossnore’s strategic planning efforts and oversees business development opportunities for the organization, leading teams responsible for regional community engagement, government relations, communications, and fund development. She works closely with Crossnore’s Center for Trauma Resilient Communities. Caroline graduated from William Peace University and is currently pursuing her doctorate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in Organizational Learning and Leadership. In her spare time, Caroline loves spending time at the beach and saltwater fishing. Caroline is married to Jim Hart and the couple has five children.
