Michael Armelin is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years of supporting clients across desktop support, service delivery, and cloud administration. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the growth and evolution of critical service programs, most notably helping expand our Security Operations Center (SOC) service offering to more than 120 enrollments. In his roles as the Security Solutions Manager, Michael has a strong focus on client engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
