Soraya has over 19 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses on estate planning, wealth transfer, tax strategies, and business succession. With expertise in complex estate administration, asset protection, and philanthropy, she is recognized for her work in trusts and estates. Soraya was a partner at Holland & Hart, where she led the Tax and Estate Planning group in Nevada, and previously worked at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. Her accolades include being named a Rising Star by Mountain States Super Lawyers® (2019-2025) and recognition in The Best Lawyers in America for Trusts and Estates. She is also certified as an Estate Planning Law Specialist by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils and the California Board of Legal Specialization. Beyond her legal work, Soraya is dedicated to philanthropy, serving on several boards, including Triage Cancer, where she is the current President and Chair.
