Danche's journey in AP and P2P started when she moved to Canada. She loves every step of it! Having packed her life into a suitcase and moved to another country, it has not been easy (she admits this); it changed her - she realized that anyone can learn different skills, adapt to a different environment, and become better every day. Danche started as an AP Clerk in 2012, with no accounting education. She used all of her former experience as an educator, leader and engineer in her AP roles throughout her career. She never stopped learning and being involved, and here she is - loving her role as an AP Manager. Change is scary, yet so sweet. Throughout her career as an experienced professional, she have had the opportunity to work on numerous projects and achieve significant milestones. One achievement that stands out is her leadership in changing environment.
