Pardeice Powell McGoy has over 33 years of experience working with youth and adults across multiple settings as a youth development and SBYD trainer. Pardeice has worked as a consultant for the Youth Development Institute, CJHS, Queens Community House, Children’s Aid and many Community Based Organizations.
In her current role, Pardeice provides capacity building support to Community Organizations and Schools and city agencies across New York City, including programs supported by the Department of Youth and Community Development, The National Center for Community Schools and the Department of Education.
Pardeice provides capacity building support in the areas of youth development, supervision and leadership, case management, social group work, Career/Work readiness, building school-CBO partnerships and post-secondary readiness, sports-based youth development, family engagement and trauma informed care. Pardeice holds a Master's Degree in Education from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz.
Her greatest accomplishment is being the mom of 2 scholar athletes, Kayla 22 and Miles 16.
