Arber Avrami is the CEO of ALBGAZ SHA, the national gas Transmission System Operator of Albania, since April 2018. Mr. Avrami, 29, was born in Tirana, and graduated from King’s College (UK) in Economics. With a substantial amount of experience in management in the private sector, Mr. Avrami joined ALBGAZ as Commercial and Regulatory Affairs Director, in Nov. 2017, being responsible of the initial works on network code and is now leading the transformation of the company.
