Entela is an energy expert with more than 20 years of experience for the Albanian Public Authorities. She has been the advisor to the Energy Minister for 5 and a half years, and has given a notable contribution to Albania's energy sector reforms. She has a strong understanding of national and EU energy policies including examining and making recommendations about energy systems that help increase efficiency and lower costs. Ms. Çipa has also lead the project to develop a common energy market between Albania and Kosovo. She has previous experience working for the Energy Regulatory Agency and since April 2018 has been appointed as Director of the Albanian Agency for Energy Efficiency.
