Jennifer Fink has served as the Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of New Brighton since 2017, leading transformative improvements totaling $16 million to the city’s park system. With over two decades of experience in parks, recreation, and community services, Jennifer is passionate about tourism and events, innovative programs, strategic partnerships, and community engagement. She is currently serving on three non-profit boards including as an Executive Board Member for Twin Cities Gateway CVB.
