Ben Ghirmai is a dedicated professional who joined MNP Corporate Finance in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. Prior to his role at MNPCF, Ben served as the Vice President at 4Front Capital Partners Inc., a boutique investment bank in Toronto, where he played a pivotal role in financial analysis, due diligence, and advisory. Specifically, Ben worked with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investment funds in both the private and public markets, providing support for acquisitions, private financings, and public listings, with a cumulative capital raising value exceeding $250 million during his tenure. With extensive experience in capital raising initiatives, one of Ben's key responsibilities at his previous firms was leading the CPC (Capital Pool Company) program. In this capacity, he served as a CFO and sat on numerous Public Company boards, where he evaluated potential deal opportunities and facilitated go-public transactions. Ben holds an exempt market dealer license, his Corporate Finance Certificate through CPA Canada, and earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University.
