Silvia has a degree in Psychology from the University of the Basque Country and a Master Degree in Management and Human Resources from the Open University of Catalonia. In 2006 she joined the Mediapro Group, developing the Human Resources area (Department for People) where she was in charge until 2019, when she took the lead of the Directorate for Diversity & Equality just created in the company. She is responsible for Diversity & Equality of the Mediapro Group and member of the Group's Diversity Committee. She is also part of the Association of Women Leaders of the Americas, and is a Chartered Psychologist at the Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia. She brings more than 15 years of experience in people management, human resource development and implementation of new models of team leadership.
