Graduated from the French management school ESSEC, Valérie Languille also holds a Research Master in Sociology. She started her career as a HR & Organization consultant with the consulting firms Sociovision and Gemini Consulting (Capgemini Group). Valerie joined the Caisse d’Epargne Group in 2002 as Head of HR for the subsidiary Gestitres and supported the integration of new activities. In 2006, she joined the global HR Corporate Division. There she held several key positions in the field of HR development, including Recruitment and global Talent Management. When Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne merged, she became Global Deputy Director in charge of Senior Executives and Talent Development and Management. Valérie joined Canal+ Group in 2011, as EVP, HR for STUDIOCANAL. In 2016, Valérie has been appointed EVP, HR for Canal+ Pay & Free TV, in addition to her former responsibilities. Since February 2017, Valérie is Group Chief HR Officer. Valerie and her team’s major mission is to drive People Development & Change Management in order to support Canal+’s transformation in a fast-changing environment.
