Evelyn Hammond is an Evaluation Specialist with the Evaluation Unit, Natural Resources Institute, UW-Madison Division of Extension. She holds a PhD in Environment and Resources from the Nelson Institute, UW-Madison. Her research interests include program evaluation, natural resources management, and environmental sustainability. In her position, Evelyn evaluates programs related to agriculture, aquatic invasive species, land and water resources.
