Bill is a DNR forest health specialist in Oshkosh and serves 15 counties in eastern Wisconsin. His work duties primarily involve the detection and management of non-native forest insects on both private and public lands. In recent years he has also worked with widespread tree mortality in wet forests, due to both high water levels and insect infestations. Bill has worked in the DNR forest health program since 2001.
