Shelly Hypes is the Resource Development & Access Librarian at UNC Charlotte’s J. Murrey Atkins Library. Shelly completed her Master of Project Management at Western Carolina University in December of 2021 and is currently the project manager for UNC Charlotte’s Ex Libris Rapido Early Adopter Program. She is particularly interested in change leadership and adapting project management tools and methodologies for library use. When Shelly isn’t doing library work, she enjoys hiking and playing oboe - especially Beatles covers.
