As the Research and Business Development Specialist, Victoria Tumilty is one of the newest team members at The FMRT Group. Since serving in her role for almost a year, Victoria has taken ownership of all things research and training. Her work continues to support FMRT’s business development and position as a thought leader in the field of public safety. During her undergraduate studies at High Point University, Victoria first entered the police and public safety psychology field when she completed an academic internship with The FMRT Group. After graduating summa cum laude from HPU with a B.S. in Psychology with a double minor in criminal justice and history, Victoria continued her academic studies at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where she earned her M.A. in Forensic Psychology and graduated with academic excellence. As a published author, Victoria explores the intersection of psychology within the criminal justice and legal systems. Driven by a passion for psychology and research, Victoria returned to the Triad to begin her career at The FMRT Group, helping to support those who protect our communities.
