Sergeant Yowell is a Task Force Officer (TFO) with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Wilmington North Carolina Resident Office (WRO) and Sergeant with the Fayetteville Police Department (FPD) supervising the Narcotics Unit. He has over 24 years of service with FPD and over 9 years of service as a DEA TFO. Sergeant Yowell is a graduate of the University of Mount Olive with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Sergeant Yowell has extensive experience investigating domestic and international drug trafficking organizations to include dismantling such organizations.
