Del has been an attorney since 2007, and recently became a social worker after seeing how people in high-conflict custody litigation often make more progress in a therapy room than a courtroom. Whether it be as a private guardian ad litem, special master, mediator, or therapist, Del takes a child-focused approach with the clients he serves that prioritizes collaboration over conflict, humor over hate, and self determination over mandates.
