Chelsy Phelps is a licensed marriage and family therapist in Utah and the founder and clinical director of Unified Family Therapy. With over a decade of experience, Chelsy specializes in working with families navigating high-conflict dynamics and involvement in the family court system. She is passionate about supporting children and families through complex relational challenges and legal processes. Chelsy is an invaluable member of the Utah AFCC leadership team and currently serves as President-Elect and as an executive member of the Board of Directors. A dedicated and energetic leader within the Chapter, Chelsy plays an integral role in Utah AFCC’s programming, planning, and continued growth. She will take the reins as Chapter President in January 2028.
