Dani is a family law litigator in Utah. She graduated from the SJQ College of Law at the U of U in 2010 and completed a one-year fellowship with Georgetown Law in Washington, D.C. after graduation. Dani is a Partner with Hawkes Quam, LLC, a family law litigation firm in Utah, and is also a Guardian ad Litem. Her current caseload consists mostly of high-asset and/or domestic violence cases. Dani is a family law arbiter, certified by the AAML Family Law Arbitration program in 2024, as well as a family law mediator. She frequently speaks to attorneys, therapists, and judges regarding family law litigation.
