She started capacity building initiatives for NGOs the Empowerment Program that has increased the quality of work of Alliance member NGOs to plan, identify funding, implement and evaluate relevant advocacy activities that leads to community mobilization, press attention and legislative change. Under her leadership the Alliance is increasingly becoming the main organization for NGOs and stakeholders for sharing road safety information and opportunities relevant to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
