Grant Murakami, AICP, LEED AP BD+C is an Executive VP at PBR HAWAII and Associates, Inc. He has over 30 years of extensive planning experience in land planning, urban design, sustainability, and entitlements. This includes developing and leading complex master planning and entitlement projects, and policy-related land use studies for State and county agencies, private landowners, and Hawaiian Ali'i trusts. He has served as President for the Hawai‘i Chapter of the American Planning Association; Director for the Hawai‘i Chapter of the US Green Building Council; Chair of the Urban Land Institute Hawai‘i’s Land Use and Sustainability Committee; lecturer at the University of Hawai‘i, Department of Urban and Regional Planning; and juror at the University of Hawai‘i, School of Architecture.
