Marvin Min has more than 30 years of executive leadership, operational management, sales and marketing experience in composting, energy, and development industries. He has been with Hawaiian Earth for more than 10 years and currently oversees the company statewide. Marvin also works closely with Cedar Grove Composting in Washington State and routinely conducts facility tours for Hawaiian Earth in Hawaiʻi and Cedar Grove in Washington. He holds certification as a Certified Compost Facility Operator from Washington State University.
